Every figure here was entered by an officer of the Council and published with its source. VertAcc calculates nothing: the surplus or deficit is the only number worked out on this page, and it is simply what is left when spending is taken off revenue.

When the Council puts a period on the record — a year, a quarter — it appears here with the date it was published and where the figures came from. Until then, the Council’s own statement is the place to look, and the rates counter can tell you about your own property.
